A wedding reception is one of the most important events in a life time. There are many decisions to be made and so many different things you can do! We will help you work out the details for, the Grand Entrance, First Dance, Father/Daughter dance, Mother/Son dance, Best man's toast, Garter and Bouquet, Cake Cutting and any other special activities you would like to do. You can make it as big or as small as you wish, this is how we personalize your day!

To help us plan the music and activities for your wedding reception or special event we offer planning forms for each type of event. Simply click on one of the links below and choose to open the form with "Adobe Acrobat". If the required software is not loaded on your computer, you can download it free of charge by clicking on the "Get Adobe" link below.

We have also made available a "generic" list of several thousand songs to help "jog" your memory while listing the songs that you want played at your event. Simply click on the "song list" link below and open the file. You may want to save the file to your computer as opposed to printing it as it is over one hundred pages long.

Once you have completed all of the information, simply click the "submit by email" link at the bottom of the form and you are done. Be sure to print a copy for your personal files and also save a copy when asked. This will allow you to make changes without having to retype all of the information. We will contact you if we need any clarification of the information that you have submitted.
